I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Brussels Centre Midi. From the moment I arrived, the staff extended a warm welcome, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service that set a positive tone for my visit. I was pleased to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was both spacious and elegantly appointed. The suite provided an ideal blend of comfort and sophistication, facilitating both relaxation and productivity during my stay. The hotel’s strategic location further solidifies its status as an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, the breakfast selection was noteworthy, featuring a diverse array of options that catered to various preferences, all presented in a bright and inviting dining space. Overall, my stay at Novotel Brussels Centre Midi was both comfortable and memorable, significantly enhanced by the thoughtful upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels and look forward to my next stay.

The hotel is brilliantly close to the Midi Bruxelles train station, two minutes walk, which is great for train arrivals. It is about 15-20 mins walk to the city centre and the Grand Place. The reception team were friendly and professional. The hotel has a water machine in the reception so you can refill your water bottle, which is great. The small in-house bar is a nice place for a pre/post dinner drink. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

From the moment we arrived until the last cup of coffee upon leaving, the staff gave us their undivided attention, helping with all sorts of various things. Each & every staff member we interacted with were friendly & super helpful. The beds were very comfy. The entire room was comfy. We never heard the trains at all. Occasionally voices traveling down the hall but all in all, the rooms were extremely well soundproofed!

Location was good as it was very close to the Midi Zuid station. Rooms were good - bed very comfortable but pillows were poor. Bathroom good. Nice to have a cold water machine in the foyer. Breakfast was a usual continental one and the scrambled egg, fruit loaf and other pastries were very nice. Option to sit and eat outdoors too. Air con was much appreciated during our visit!
