From the moment we arrived until the last cup of coffee upon leaving, the staff gave us their undivided attention, helping with all sorts of various things. Each & every staff member we interacted with were friendly & super helpful. The beds were very comfy. The entire room was comfy. We never heard the trains at all. Occasionally voices traveling down the hall but all in all, the rooms were extremely well soundproofed!

The hotel is brilliantly close to the Midi Bruxelles train station, two minutes walk, which is great for train arrivals. It is about 15-20 mins walk to the city centre and the Grand Place. The reception team were friendly and professional. The hotel has a water machine in the reception so you can refill your water bottle, which is great. The small in-house bar is a nice place for a pre/post dinner drink. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The staff were very friendly. We had the room 201, very clean, facing backyard so it was very quiet, it is perfect for families as it has 2 bedrooms and each has its bathroom. Breakfast was really good with lot of options. Location is perfect if you travel via station Brussels Midi, and to the center it's just a 15-minutes walk. We were very happy with our stay at this Novotel.

Few minutes walk from the station, they gladly stored our suitcase on the last day, everything was neat and tidy and a comfortable room. Very friendly staff at reception, delicious main meals from room service, yummy biscuits in the room, good storage, modern bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located near Brussels Midi train station, providing easy access to travel within and outside the city (including Eurostar) and within walking distance of major attractions like Grand Place. The room was clean, well-organized, and spacious. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming, supportive, and responsive. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, promptly addressing any requests. There were several supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a great stay, and we look forward to our next visit to Novotel Midi Brussels.

We had a lovely stay here. An easy 5 minute walk from Brussels Midi, and a pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the Grand Place. We took trips to Brugge and Ghent so being near the station was convenient for us. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, I’d definitely stay here again if I were to visit Brussels in the future.
